Is there a reduced fee buss pass program for seniors and, if so, how do I qualify?
Yes there is! Low income seniors and persons with disabilities over 60 years old can purchase a yearly bus pass for a reduced fee. If you are a first time applicant, you can submit a quick online request.
The bus pass is valid from January 1 – December 31 each calendar year (fees are not prorated).
The cost is $45/year.
You will receive a notification if you are eligible before you pay for the bus pass. Once eligible, and they have received the payment, you will receive your bus pass within 5 weeks.
