Our North Shore Seniors One Stop supports the independence, dignity and health of North Shore seniors by providing them and their families with information and referral services as well as one-to-one consultations for more complex needs.
The North Shore Better at Home program supports seniors by providing them with seven basic non-medical services aimed at helping them maintain their independence while remaining in their homes.
Our North Shore Caregiver Support program supports individuals who care for others so the caregiver can maintain their own resilience, health and well-being.
The Seniors Community Connector program is an extension of Seniors One Stop, offering one on one support and community connection for vulnerable clients . Through a series of meetings and follow up, we can assist with social needs to empower seniors and improve overall wellbeing.
